Application development is the core of our foundation. Our application development tools provide many of the worlds largest companies the ability to create, modify and deploy mission-critical apps company wide, quickly and securely.

DATA INTEGRATION - We believe that data is data, it resides in various locations and in differing formats. We believe that data does not and should not, necessarily, be imported or exported. We truly believe that data should be accessible wherever it resides and whatever it looks like.

B2Systems' products are designed to facilitate this functionality. All of our products are built around the concept of Data Integration. We provide the ability to access and integrate data from, and across, all databases. As opposed to a standard ODBC solution, our products provide the inherent ability to JOIN data across all databases - and it's a 'snap' to use. We extend the ability for Applications to integrate data across the Enterprise or across the Internet. We enhance the ability to access data from Java, even non-JDBC enabled data can be accessed through our products.

Through our patented process, we even extend the ability for SQL based applications to access and join XML data - and we do it seamlessly. There is no importing or reformatting of data. All data, everywhere, is accessed natively. It's a tremendous amount of work to make sure that all the drivers, from every version of Oracle, MS/SQL, Sybase, DB2, etc: are supported, but it is the right way to do things. So THAT is the way we do things here at B2Systems.

Everyone here at B2Systems 'cut their teeth' in the corporate Database and Application Development world. We understand how major corporations develop applications. We know how Database decisions were made and, more importantly, implemented across the Global 2000. It was very clear to us, that database decisions were departmental decisions and all corporations have a plethora of varying databases throughout their organizations. It also became clear that the new generation of e-commerce applications and data needed to be factored into corporate strategy. XML is ideal for e-commerce. There are 20+ years of SQL based applications that cannot access this new data format. Until now.

We identified the problem, created a middle-tier engine and then extended the ability to model XML as a relational file. No importing necessary, no reformatting of XML required. Leave the data where it is and we'll do the rest.
